Below you will find a guide on how to pay your PA license Restoration Fee online with PennDOT. Paying a Restoration Fee is only one step in the process and does not mean you will be restored. There are other factors besides the Restoration Fee and you should use the same pages below to request your Restoration Requirements Letter. Step 1: Visit the penndot.gov website.

Step 2: Tap or click the Driver & Vehicle Services icon. A new page will load.

Step 3: Hover over Online Services on the new page. A submenu will appear. Select Restorations from the submenu. Another new page will load.

Step 4: On the page that loads, click or tap Pay Your Driver’s License Restoration Fee at the bottom of the page.

Step 5: On the Online Driver’s License/Photo ID Login page that loads, read the instructions and then follow the prompts to log in to the online services system where you will be able to pay your PA Driver’s License restoration fee.
